In a space filled with companies advertising scale and efficiency, ATI Restoration wanted to create a film that emphasized their high-touch, client-first approach to disaster remediation.

We interviewed a family in New Jersey whose home was destroyed by an electrical fire and rebuilt by ATI. “You always wonder who’s going to take care of you, who’s going to take care of your house … I took a chance with ATI, and that’s where ATI took care of it for us. They took care of me.”

To fully capture the scale of ATI’s operations, and commitment to a hands-on approach, we also interviewed the head of their local office and project managers working on a large commercial loss.
